DDA Housing Scheme 2010 | DDA draw results 2010 - 2011

As we always keep saying here on this blog, when it comes to taking a chance on buying a home from any Government/ Semi-Government/ State-owned authorities & bodies, nothing can beat the euphoria among the citizens of India who rush in huge numbers --- no matter what the realty bazaar indicates, or what the property pundits forecast about the real estate scenario in the near & far as a whole.

And when the Housing Scheme in question is that of the Delhi Development Authority (or DDA as it is popularly called in short form) for a plot of land or flat in DELHI, the Capital city of India, one can easily find people euphoric and cozying up to the anticipation of getting their application forms drawn out in the lucky draw and be a proud owner of a DDA Housing Scheme Flat / House / Plot.
