South Delhi's Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Corridor -- A Boon or a Nuisance for Daily Commuters & Motorists?

South Delhi's ill conceptualized and designed Bus Rapid Transit (BRT)Deeply dismayed and hassled due to the inconvenience caused by the South Delhi's #BRT (#BusRapidTransit) a follower/ fan of ours faces daily while her commute from there, she has requested #bricksNmortar to help her (and many many others) to raise the concerns to the authorities and get rid of it.

The ill conceptualized and designed BRT is a source of daily mental and physical harassment for people & motorists using it to commute in that stretch of otherwise posh #SouthDelhi

In analyzing the real problem associated with it, we are contacting people and taking feedback/ responses/ references/ comments & suggestions/ etc. whereby an online petition might be filed addressed to the authorities concerned for a remedial and/or corrective action.

In case you have any knowledge/ experience/ know-how/ story/ pictures/ references of this notoriously badmouthed BRT, do share with us by means of our blog, or email, or FB and twitter handles @bricksNmortar.
We suggest you to link to our Facebook and Twitter handles whereby we shall try assisting you getting a meaningful analysis and prognosis.

  2. Sadly, the day next to when we published this post on our blog, got to know an elderly gentleman named Mr. Budhiraja aged 68 had a fatal accident while trying to cross the road on the Sheikh Sarai bus stop area on this notorious #BRT corridor. His fault... he was trying to go to his home in the DDA Colony right across this road when a vehicle on the wrong lane of this BRT hit him fatally. The elderly lost his life on this BRT section barely few hundred meters from his home. He adds one more number to many many more earlier fatalities that this notorious #SouthDelhiBRT has resulted into. Our condolences to the family who lost one of their beloved family members.

Are the concerned authorities concerned even a bit??
