Fabulous new 'VIEWS' offered by Google's Blogger to blogs using blogspot platform

Despite so many blogging platforms available like wordpress, yahoo, multiply, MSN live, et.al., this very blog as ever been stuck to google's blogspot for the simple reason that it offered a simpler yet interesting outlook to the bloggers without going into hassles of learning the nitty-gritty of HTML & CSS compressions and installing the hacks by oneself. Despite other platforms being equally popular, bricks-n-mortar somehow stuck with Google's Blogger Blog platform.

Yet, with times moving on and technology leaping and outpacing itself, other blogging platforms extended some very interesting features; and that is where Blogspot slowly but steadily started lacking. There weren't enough interesting features offered that could push up the adrenalin.

But, it was only very recently that all of you, also familiar with blogspot, might have noticed new features notified on the blogger dashboard.

And the most interesting of these features is the 'VIEWS' option extended whereby the blogs having proper RSS/ Feeds syndication and a couple of other settings can offer their respective readers option to view
the blog in 5 various options, viz.,
  1. Flipcard
  2. Mosaic
  3. Sidebar
  4. Snapshot
  5. Timeslide
The offerings present the viewing options in these 5 variants and with minimal design complexities and thereby extending simplistic viewing & reading of the blog content.

The 'VIEWS' option is available to bricks-n-mortar readers too who can have a look at the different viewing options by typoing-in the blog URL as http://bricks-n-mortar.com/views

'Snapshots' View

'Timeslide' View
'Flipcard' View
Out of the five options, we personally liked the 'Flipcard', 'Sidebar' & 'Timeslide' options.
How about you?
Do tell us which 'VIEW' would you like the most once you take a look at them.
