Like the cliche goes popularly (rather satirically) here in India... one can be amused and bemused to the highest extent while being in the state of Bihar, a central India state.
This
unusually bright 'n colorfully painted building is located in the heart of
Bihar's capital city of Patna, that houses a (cooperative) bank named
'Sahkaree Bhoomi Vikas Bank'. One can easily find out this building while on his/her way from Patna railway station to Bailey or Fraser Road. The building is gloating so high in a riot of bright contrasting colours that no one can ever miss a glimpse of it while moving on that road. Thats why thought to send it across to bricksnmortar team to share this masterpiece with the entire BnM community :-)
