MCD's website is so slow that it is hanging and crashing every now and then. What to do?
Where do I pay my house tax which today itself .Its nearly 6p.m.and the job of paying given to others remains undone. Now have to do it personally. Wil;l the banks HDFC at SDA/Hauz Khas accept it .
All those who missed the last date (June 30) for filing their property tax returns may continue trying to file their property tax either in physical form or online.
All of you, please keep in mind that it actually only calls for additional 15% rebate in case property tax is submitted on or before 30th June of the respective financial year, that too, if the outstanding amount is paid in full in one single payment.
The tax can be submitted round the year. All you guys have perhaps lost is a chance to get additional 15% rebate.
However, do not loose heart, and proceed to submit your property tax now too. The interest part on the outstanding keeps adding to your outstanding with each passing day. So do not wait, and file your tax ASAP.
