The US Realty buzz has it that Britney Spears, the world renowned actor & singer diva, has got her 7,500 square feet gated mansion- the 'Beverly Hills Post Office home' listed up for grabs for a reported sum of $7.9 million. (..now, on a lighter note, thats just about 8% of the figure Britney receives the hits on the google search engines, which as per LA Times is a whopping 100 million hits, outnumbering president Bush by almost twice the margin!).

The mansion is listed to be sold in semi-furnished condition, with many of the existing Britney's self-chosen artifacts and furnishings remaining there waiting for the new owners to enthrall.

Now, if you are one among the billionaires, or are a BIG Britney Spears fan, or just a speculative property dealer with a big fat pocket, you can very well participate the auction at Sotheby's International Realty in Calabasas sometime in the near future. Others can simply read this piece and carry on with the usual chores remembering that cute first song of Britney (Baby One More Time) or otherwise wondering why & how a celebrity of the stature of Britney Spears is forced to try selling off her cherished home of one sure time.
