But, the response they got was low in terms of disclosures and people opting for the scheme perhaps because of lesser advertisements and announcements which could have informed more and more Delhi citizens about the scheme.<br /><br />The scheme was promptly extended up to end of October 2009 first, and then further extended up to 31 December 2009.<br /><br />We strongly suggest you to pay a visit to your zonal MCD office ASAP and ask if they can accept your application. Online status checking shall perhaps not help much as the system servers would be unreliable to respond more than a face to face interaction with the concerned MCD officers.<br /><br />We wish you luck in your case.
